Shipping and one exchange are free of charge within New Zealand on all orders of $199 or more.
Your product will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse/store on Castle Parcel couriers, allow 2-5 working days, add an extra 2 days for rural deliveries. A tracking code will be sent to you when the courier collects your parcel – please check your junk mail if you don’t receive a copy.
We will be happy to process returns or exchanges on any unused full-priced items and undamaged shopyonder.co.nz within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be returned in original packaging.
Return shipping for one exchange is on us for all full-priced items – you arrange the courier back to us (at your cost) and we will send out the new exchange without a delivery charge (New Zealand orders only).
All other return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Not valid on sale items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To process a return, please send us a message here with your order number and return or exchange request. We will review and then refund, credit, or replace.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse.
Select categories of PICTURE product will fall under a lifetime repair warranty, while all other products will be maintained by a two-year manufacture warranty.
If a defective product meets our warranty conditions, then we will decide whether to repair, replace or refund it. In accordance with our eco-friendly policy, repair is our first choice.
Repairs increase a product’s longevity, diminishing its overall impact on the environment.
And in accordance with this ethos, products that fall in the categories below will be covered under the lifetime repair warranty.

Outerwear jackets and pants (ADVENTURE, EXPEDITION, FRIENDS and KIDS ranges)
Midlayers (First layers excluded)
Beewax jackets (Heritage range)
All other products fall under a two year manufacture warranty.
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
Discoloration or shrinkage caused by wrong washing or drying
Impact damages and stains
Scratches
Normal wear and tear

SAOLA shoes offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of the product for unintended purposes. Warranties can be submitted up to six months from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase. If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email us here with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.
